Lawrence Farber has more than 40 years’ experience in workers’ compensation law practice. He has strong expertise in matters involving whether workers are considered independent contractors versus employees, and understands the dynamics of protecting clients against overzealous claims adjusters and litigating against unreasonable employers.
He has argued workers’ compensation and Social Security disability cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
